The Mikuni TM40 Pumper Flat Slide Carb

Mikuni’s (flat slide) carburetor, the TM Series Carburettors provide significant performance improvements over technology of VM round slide carburetors. Air flows faster and smoother through the TM Series venturi due to the flat slide design and the jet blocks which help create smooth bore effect.The high velocity of the air flow means a stronger vacuum at the needle jet providing more precise metering and better throttle response.

Going fast has never been so easy.  These carburetors give better throttle response, improved acceleration, increased horsepower and torque.  In a number of instances Dyno tests have shown improvements of up to 25% !

 This carb delivers exceptional performance improvements on the  500cc SR TT or XT engine.
